RAW FUEL is a healthy meal replacement at your fingertips, delivering perfect ratios of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and fibre and fortified with 26 essential vitamins and minerals.

RAW FUEL is a low cost meal with an excellent taste, is suitable for vegans and soya, sugar, GMO and gluten free. We do not recommend to replace more than 1-2 meals daily. It is ideal to implement into your diet if you need a healthy food option that can be prepared quickly. RAW FUEL meal replacement takes less than 2 minutes to prepare can be consumed as a healthy nutritious shake.

RAW FUEL can be used effectively in a weight loss protocol. From a macro nutrient perspective, The blend is formulated to be low fat but filling at the same time. Carbohydrates and fat, consumed together, contribute to weight gain because the body uses carbs as a fuel source and stores fat. Unlike many meal replacement blends, we opted for a low fat content,with high protein and fibre to ensure one shake keeps you feeling full for long periods.

How to take?

For one complete meal, add 5 heaped table spoons (approx. 100g) & mix well in a blender or raw sport shaker with 500ml of oat, almond, coconut or hemp milk for optimal taste results. It also tastes great when mixed with 500ml of water. You don't of course, have to stick to this volume, it is only a guide. You can consume more or less than the recommend serving size if necessary.

You may wish to make a porridge style smoothie bowl. For a thick style smoothie bowl, use a plant based milk of choice. You can get as creative as you like when making a smoothie bowl, Its great to add extra berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc

Raw Fuel can be mixed with water for a simple nutritional meal shake. Our preference is blend with a few ice cubes. It is very much trial and error with your water quantity. Discover what works best for your personal preference.
