How to Use
RSYN Youth Performance Protein
How many times a day can you consume RSYN? . We recommend only one or two shakes per day. Use RSYN for convenience when meals and game time do not align.
Pre-match fuel
Take 60mins - 90 mins before kick off, great for a breakfast, help balance those sugar levels with the protein boost from your shake. Ask your child if they felt better and had more energy for the whole match.
In between
We know top performers often go from one match to more training and only have 1 - 2 hours in between, because RSNY is smooth on the digestive system and easily absorbed, your child will be fuelled without bloating and ready for the next session
After a game
Ideally anytime upto 45 mins after a game or training is the perfect time to consume for recovery.
