Xtreme Power with Tri creatine malate, Beta Alanine and fenugreek. Pre workout xtreme is designed to enhance power during the toughest workouts. The xtreme power matrix promotes explosive power, helping to smash your athletic goals. Creatine malate helps the muscles maximise explosive power and increases ATP levels whilst you train. Beta Alanine is an amino acid that is converted to carnosine, a dipeptide naturally found in skeletal muscle. Carnosine concentrations are higher in fast twitch fibres used by body builders, rowers, cyclists and sprinters during explosive high intensity training. Maintaining high levels of carnosine helps buffer lactic acid production and delays the onset of muscle fatigue, helping to improve endurance. Beta alanine is the rate limiting substrate in the production of carnosine, meaning that without beta alanine, carnosine isn’t produced. Fenugreek is a natural herb that boosts testosterone, supporting strength and power.

AAKG is a modified version of the amino acid Arginine. L-arginine is broken down into nitric oxide in various tissues in the body. High concentrations of nitric oxide pre workout relax blood vessels, helping to increase blood supply and oxygen delivery around the body. L-arginine also stimulates the secretion of growth hormone, resulting in the production of Insulin like growth factor. IGF-1 enhances protein synthesis and thus increases muscle development. Citrulline malate is also converted into L-arginine to boost blood flow. Make no mistake; taking Xtreme will get your blood pumping during intense exercise.

How to use?

For best results mix (14g) approx. 1-heaped 15ml scoop or 1 heaped Tbsp with 250ml of Ice-cold water. Mix well and enjoy prior to intense training. Citrulline malate 2:1

Citruline is converted into the amino acid arginine, which in turn is converted into a molecule called nitric oxide. Nitric oxide increases blood flow, helping the muscles uptake more oxygen. Citrulline helps to stimulate protein synthesis and amino acid breakdown, contributing to maintaining muscle mass. Citruline is found in watermelon. The name "citrulline" comes from "citrullus," which is the Latin term for watermelon. The body can also make citrulline.

Beta Alanine

Beta Alanine improves athletic performance by reducing fatigue, increasing endurance and boosting performance in high intensity. Beta-alanine is a useful amino acid for any diet, however many of the top natural food sources are animal-based.
